A surcharge of £20 per booking applies for arrivals outside/departures of the check-in/out hours, please call the stables to check the availability of 1pm arrival and up to 1pm departure, service animals are welcome free of charge. pet friendly rooms need to be confirmed by the property before arrival, guests are advised to check with the stables before booking regarding their individual needs, the wifi access is not guaranteed, please note that there are dogs resident that belong to the owner, who reside in kennels by the farmhouse. they will not be around the unless they are on a walk with the owner. they are all friendly and well behaved, the satellite internet is a free service but it is not guaranteed, pets can be booked by calling the stables directly to check availability, the charge is £15 per pet per night. the maximum is 2 pets per roommanaged by a private host
