Get cozy by the fire, streaming a favorite show, or enjoy a little game room/bar and making s'mores by the fire pit under the stars.

MAIN LEVEL:
Open concept with plenty of seating and comfortable lounging options. Guests will appreciate the cozy living area and the fireplace for the cold nights. The 55" HD TV is equipped with all common streaming services/apps.
Out to the deck, the jacuzzi is the perfect place to destress. Fully-fenced deck is complete with a BBQ, plenty of seating, and outdoor evening lights.
The kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to share a wonderful meal with family or friends. You can find a laundry room for all your cleaning needs. Walking in to bedroom #1, you will see a restroom and bedroom with a full size bunk bed with a twin size trundle and 55" HD smart TV.
UPPER LEVEL:
Up the black curved staircase, guests will find 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Bedroom #2: Include a king size bed with 55" HD smart TV. Spacious room with large windows to enjoy the view.
Bedroom # 3: Include a full size bed with 55" HD smart TV and has a door to the Upper deck, has an outdoor seating area with a fire pit perfect for a warm s'more under the stars.
Bed room # 4: Include a full size bed, 2 twin size beds and 55" HD smart TV TV. Great for a family sleepover.
Bar room: Include a mini fridge to clench your thirst. Foosball table, with a bar and arcade machine which has 7000 games and a tv.
Guests have full access to the entire home and property, other than a couple of small storage closets, a rear shed, and a garage.
CITY OF BIG BEAR RULES & ORDINANCES:
the Good Neighbor Policy, agreeing to the following rules and regulations in the City of Big Bear Lake. Other guests will not be permitted to enter the home until this process is completed by the person named on the booking, meaning that your guests can not arrive before you or without you present. Keep this is mind when booking and arranging travel.
These are city laws, not host preferences. If any the following rules are broken, guests are subject to a minimum citation of $500, and possible eviction, without exception:
- Guests may not exceed the occupancy limit (11) of the home at any time, for any reason.
- Guests must park in designated property spaces and may not exceed the maximum number of cars (3). No yard or street parking is allowed at any time, for any reason, including trailers.
- No amplified music 24/7. Music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line at any time. Please close all doors and windows if you are listening to music inside.
- Head inside at 10PM. Outdoor noise and use of spa is prohibited from 10PM - 7AM.
- Take your pets with you. Animals left unsupervised, especially outdoors, on decks, or causing a disturbance (e.g. barking dogs) are not allowed. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very pet-friendly!
If you are not comfortable with the above rules, then please do not book this home. Note that these ordinances apply to every short-term rental in the City of Big Bear Lake. If these conditions are not met, or a guest refuses to provide identification or signed rules, you will not be permitted to enter and your booking will be subject to the cancellation policy listed.
