The fully equipped kitchen includes: brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island. There is also a convenient half bath. Like many houses at the beach there is no A/C.
OUTSIDE
Features: A front patio with seating, a fire feature and palm trees for shade. A private grassy backyard primed for entertaining, BBQing, yoga, sunbathing or shading yourself under a gazebo. A 2 car garage for parking includes: beach cruisers, paddle boards, beach toys and games, perfect for those days at the beach!
SECOND FLOOR
Features: 3 bedrooms, all with Smart TVs, 2 full baths w/ private entrances from each bedroom, as well as, a Jacuzzi tub to unwind after a long day at the beach. Additionally, for those workcations or staycations, there’s a Murphy bed in the back bedroom providing plenty of room to use the desk and efficiently get work done.
