Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Well cooked breakfast. We asked for some fruit to start which was then brought. Great quality good well cooked. Brown toast and Earl Grey tea supplied as requested.

Negative: A range of fruit would be great, what we had was fresh raspberries and strawberries and was lovely. Eton Mess as sweet for evening meal on Sunday was not full spec, although good flavour of strawberries, it had pouring cream instead of whipped cream, and rather modest amount of meringue and fruit. However we ordered it fairly close to cut off for orders at 6pm Sunday, so can understand that may have been an issue.

Summary: Lovely historic building. Great bar. tasty well cooked food. Very comfortable.
