With four sets of doors spanning across the rear of the home, two of which open to the balcony terraces and two further Juliet balconies; you are absolutely guaranteed the beautiful marina views will always be in clear sight.
Within the living area, the wood burning stove is cleverly positioned with comfortable seating arrangements surrounding. Across the living area, you'll find the dining table which comfortably seats eight guests, allowing you to enjoy gentle conversation across a delicious meal. A well-equipped kitchen and utility room are also on the ground floor along with a cloakroom WC. The ground floor also generously benefits from underfloor heating.
Head up the stairs to the three generous sized and airy bedrooms. The king-sized bedroom offers doors to a Juliet balcony with splendid marina views and a large en-suite shower room boasting a double shower enclosure.
