This top-floor, fully furnished, equipped and connected for short-term let is perfect located in London Zone 2 between Hampstead Heath and Hampstead High Street, both 6 minutes. Public transport: (a) tube Hampstead, 6 minutes away; (b) Overland to Stratford /Richmond, 9 minutes away.
Overall 60 m2 with plenty of light. Master bedroom is spacious 18 m2 with two windows, chest of drawers, built in closet, sofa, desk with printer and double doors opening on to the sizeable living room which is open and airy 13 m2 with 38" TV on wall. Second bedroom is a small but very bright 7 m2 functional bedroom with 140cm Double Bed.
Third small bedroom features a platform raised bed over locked storage.
While the apartment would be ideally suitable for 4-6 people, the sofa bed easily rolls out to a double bed 140cm wide making total guests potentially 8. We also have a spare single mattress kept behind the daybed which could go on the living room floor if you really wanted to stretch to more!
Total renovation including: Whole apartment being fully re-plastered and painted with new handmade hardwood windows and flooring throughout. Kitchen with granite worktop and stainless steel splash-back with riven slate flooring. Bathroom with bath/shower, again with riven slate flooring.
It is a 140 year old building and with all the light streaming in and the windows open it can seem dusty to some - not a problem at all but the apartment in general should be seen as a home rather than a sterile hotel!
To this end we leave items for people to use like tea bags and coffee as a courtesy. It should be noted that the kitchen is left as you would have yours at home - clean but serviceable rather than like a showroom with bare cupboards.
