Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless location fee paid and granted permission by owner and property manager prior to booking. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.
- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.
- Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager
