Ashtree Farm is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in just outside of Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups and families visiting the City, with local bars and restaurants just a five minute drive away. With nature surroundings, this luxury house is truly an exceptional place to stay in North East England. This stunning property has the added benefit of a pool table for guests to use.
The entrance hallway leads to the two lounges lounge, dining area and through to the kitchen. Each of the lounges are equipped with two sofas and a TV with Freeview, with the first lounge benefitting from both sofas being able to turn into sofa beds if required (at an additional cost) and the second lounge includes an electric fire. The dining area follows from the second lounge and includes a dining table which can seat up to 6 people. Following the dining area, the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including; utensils, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge – freezer. The utility room is off from the kitchen and includes a washing machine.
The first floor includes a light and airy double bedroom with a small set of drawers for storage. The family bathroom follows and includes a bath and storage space.
The remainder of the bedrooms are located on the top floor. The spacious master bedroom benefits from a super king bed, a double wardrobe, drawers, bedside tables and a dressing table. The third bedroom includes a double bed with bedside tables and the final bedroom is a twin room with a small set of drawers.
The property also has a large outdoor space with ample outdoor furniture and a BBQ which guests can use.
Ashtree Farm has its own secure gated parking with enough space for four cars.
