From the front door and dining room, you are able to peer through the kitchen and family room out to breathtaking ocean views. The remodeled kitchen features bar seating, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, skylight, and ample counter and cabinet space. The kitchen is open to the family room which is perfect for entertaining. The spacious family room with a sleeper sofa, also enjoys access to the balcony and fresh beach air.
The property comes with 1 designated exterior outdoor parking space and 1 guest parking pass for a first come first spot in outdoor guest parking spots. There are only 4 guest parking spots total for the whole building so the 2nd parking spot is not guaranteed and you may need to find street or paid parking for a 2nd car.
