Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was excellent. Easy walk to ocean, lots of restaurants, and not on the main road. Loved the cottage feel, linens and towels were excellent, and kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. Loved having the washer and dryer and supplies for dishwasher, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc. as well as toilet paper. The management company was very responsive when we blew the circuit.

Negative: House could use some updating. The deck had wood rot with some holes. The patio chairs were not comfortable. Beds and pillows were very firm and not the most comfortable. The bedroom with a full size bed in the front of the house, and the king size bedroom needs a mirror in the room. When we blew a circuit, we could not reset the breakers. It finally caught the next day, but the lights worked so not a biggie. May want to consider rewiring so not all of the plugs in the bedrooms and living room are on the same breaker.

Summary: Overall, we had a wonderful time. Couldn't have picked a better place for our group of 7 adults.
