Step into a treehouse in the woods that will make your inner child squeal! Enjoy wine and a fire pit on the back deck, coffee and a sunrise on the front deck, or a snuggle moment near the fireplace with popcorn and a movie. If you can make it past the cozy night, stargazing on the second floor deck reminds you why you left the city behind.
Forgot the necessities? Not to worry, within walking distance you will find a mini mart that can come in handy. If you aren’t in the mood to grill on the front deck, you can also find local restaurants in the same town center nearby.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home during your stay. There are 4 bedrooms that sleep 9 people.

Upon entering the home, the sliding barn door leads you to the first bedroom with a queen bed. This is the only bedroom on this floor.

The second floor is the meeting point for cooking and entertaining inside and outside on the decks. There is a smart 55 inch tv and a smart thermostat that will heat the home during the winter. There is a full bathroom on this floor.

The main bedroom on the third floor has a cal king bed with a smart tv and a peek a boo view of the lake. There are two other guest rooms on this floor- one with a queen and the other a daybed with a twin pull out and a smart tv. There is a full bathroom on this floor.

**K cups for the Keurig.
**Propane for the grill and the fire pit.

Lake arrowhead is a private lake which has recently granted short term renters access to lake trails, provided that guests pay a fee. This property comes with a lake pass that must be shown in order to purchase wristbands for guest access.
Lake access includes swimming and fishing via the lakeside trails. If interested, wristbands are $10.00 per day/per person, and must be purchased at the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) office (down the street from the house). A waiver must be signed by each guest and I will need to pass on the names of guests planning on using the pass. You will receive detailed instructions upon booking your reservation.

Accessibility
The property has many exterior and interior stairs that may be challenging for guests with limited mobility and health conditions.
The driveway is steep and will accommodate 2-3 vehicles. Please be mindful of keeping the neighbor’s driveway clear.
Snow season
Tire chains are legally required and strongly recommended during/after active snowfall, especially for non AWD vehicles. 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive are encouraged during snow season to access the property.
The driveway will be cleared of snow only on the day of check in. If there is any snowfall during your stay, we have provided snow shovels on the property for your convenience.
