This property has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a Cal King bed with a private master bathroom, a guest bedroom with a queen size mattress, and a kids room with a full-size bunk with a twin pull out trundle bed. Lastly, the laundry room has a full-size bed with a twin pull out trundle.
There is a large deck overlooking the backyard and Lewis Creek that naturally has Brooke and Golden Trout in it whenever the stream is running. There is a large jacuzzi designed great for large groups and a grill and deck bench seating for the whole party. The game room has a 60" flat screen smart TV hooked up to an Xbox and Cable, the room also has a ping pong table, paddles and balls provided. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials as well as coffee, tea, and basic spices. Bar soap provided in all bathrooms.
For an additional cleaning fee of $50 per day, you can bring your dog and have him stay with you. the entire deck is fenced in so you can feel at ease with your dog going in and out of the house through the doggy door. They're a little doggy area fenced in the same area for your dog's comfort and peace of mind. Please pick up after your pet and well-behaved dogs only! Limit one large dog or 2 medium or 2 small. I do not recommend bringing toy-sized animals to this part of the woods. Dogs cannot be left unattended.
**You must provide your own firewood for the fireplace, we will leave fire starters for you to use. Please note wood burning is not permitted in summer months.
