TV in the master bedroom and living room, 55”. Wonderful screened-in porch. Lots of tennis courts and a workout room. Relax at the 2 well-kept pools at 86 degrees. There is an elevator and pool out back door. Cable TV, water and electric included in the rent. Centrally located east of I-95, 1 mile to the beach and 10 minutes to Atlantic Ave restaurants and shops! parking spot right outside the elevator.
