A large kitchen, living room and dining room and large deck with amazing ocean views. The common area below has a fire pit which is great for those summer nights. Walking distance to the Oceanside Pier and/or visit the Oceanside Harbor for their great shops, restaurants (i.e.: Harbor Fish & Chips), and boat excursions. The lower unit is a 2 bedroom and 3-bathroom home with a large patio, making it a 6-bedroom home if you rent out both units.
