Stay in a well-appointed and eclectic home located in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in NOLA - the Freret Corridor. You can walk to: over 20 restaurants and coffee shops, Tulane & Loyola Universities and the historic St. Charles Avenue. Just 10 mins away are The Big Easy staples, such as the French Quarter, Frenchmen St and the Convention Center. These are easily reachable by the St. Charles Ave. Streetcar.

BEDROOMS:
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (full size) and twin on top and 1 full bed
-1 bedroom with queen bed
(4 beds total)
-Full air mattress also provided for living room if you are really cramming!
Note: “Shotgun” style bedroom. This house is compact so be aware that 6 guests will definitely be a squeeze!

BATHROOMS:
- 1 full bathroom with walk-in shower
-additional ½ bath outside on deck

Pets allowed, but subject to a $100 pet fee per stay

This is a perfect as a place to relax while in NOLA for events such as festivals (Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, Voodoo Fest etc..), sporting events (NFL Saints NFL, NBA Pelicans, horse racing), business trips and everything New Orleans has to offer.

In recent years the Freret Corridor has been undergoing an exciting revival, and has now become one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in NOLA. The area now boasts numerous food, coffee, and bar options. A Rouses Market recently opened just down the street so you can also easily pick up drinks, ingredients to make home-cooked meals and other essentials.

NOTE:
2711 valence is one side of a traditional New Orleans "shotgun" house located in the Freret Corridor. Essentially this mean that there are no hallways and the second bedroom must be accessed through the first bedroom. Please be aware that the "shotgun" setup may not be for everyone as it isn't as private as independent bedrooms.

The outdoor area with the deck, bar, tv's , and music is a shared space with the owner who lives on the 2709 Valence side.

There are plenty of restaurants and shops within short walking distance (2 to 3 blocks) from the house.

The neighborhood is lively and definitely has a real local New Orleans feel.
