The apartment is the back part of this brand new remodeled home. (Not the front door) It is a 1 bedroom attached to the main house in a very quite neighborhood. Itβs not a shared apt. It has a private entrance. One bedroom, one bath, and a very cute, small kitchen. The kitchen has a cooktop, microwave, a fridge and utensils, enough to make small meals. The living room has a pull out bed where 2 additional people can sleep very comfortably. (For an extra charge after 2 guest) The apartment is not suitable for small children to be unattended. There is a few small steps inside and in the patio area. There is also a BBQ outside if you will like to make BBQ. And a shared HOT Tub. It is located about 15 minutes from the San Diego Zoo, Sea world, and the beach. Close to restaurants and SDCCU Stadium. Plenty of free parking on the street.
There is space for guest to relax outside in the back yard. There is a BBQ set up out side in the backyard now for guest to do some grilling if they would like.
The hot tub is available upon request. We can get it ready for you to use.. just let us know when you would like to use it.
The house has Wi -fi and Air conditioner for when it becomes too hot outside. It is usually not to cold so there is not need for a heater but in case you do feel to cold you can always make it warmer. Please note : This is a " No Smoking" required home.
Also no shoes in the house. Shoes bring many germs and we would like you and your family to be healthy and safe while your stay in San Diego. Thanks for understanding and following our request.
