Positive: I didn't expect to have a small kitchen, which was great! The room was enough for a few days. It's close to Paddington station which was great, if only it wasn't raining when I arrived.

Negative: No elevators so I had to bring my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff helped me bring it up upon check-in, but I checked out a little later than anticipated, so no one was available to help me bring it down. The bathroom was tiny and a bit outdated.
