Welcome to my beach house!
It's located 1 block from the beach, and only 5 blocks to restaurants, nightlife, and the Venice Canals, Venice Pier & Venice Boardwalk. There is an expansive rooftop deck with views of the canal, mountains and peekaboo ocean views!
My home is a total of 5 levels with massive 20 foot ceilings allowing for great nature light in the kitchen and living room.

ROOFTOP:
Amazing 360 views! Whether you want to relax on the couches for the sunset, listen to the waves crashing against the shore or host a dinner for your guests the set up is absolutely perfect. Included on the rooftop you will find a Weber gas grill, wrap around couch, table w/ 4 chairs , 2 chaise lounge chairs, 2 adirondack chairs and an umbrella.
MASTER BEDROOM:
Amazingly cozy king sized Casper mattress w/ deluxe beddings and marble side table. Equipped with a 65" flat screen w/ Apple TV (HBO Max, Showtime, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Video & Netflix). Blackout shades to sleep in! Lastly, a double sided gas fireplace!!
MASTER BATHROOM:
Rain shower w/ brand new glass and a jet tub for relaxing. Dual sinks for convenience, which is wrapped in mirrors. Towel warmer. And a Toto Washlet bidet toilet seat w/ remote control.
GUEST BEDROOM:
Plush queen size bed w/ deluxe bedding, which is crazy comfortable!
GUEST BATHROOM:
Standard bathroom with rain shower, single sink and big mirror!
LOFT:
Overlooking the kitchen and living room from the loft provides a great vantage point that is full of light. 2 couches provide for additional sleeping options and are quite comfortable. Midcentury desk with Apple monitor provide a great work station if you need to clock a few hours.
KITCHEN:
Modern kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher, microwave, gas stove w/ range hood and double sided refrigerator. Round carrera marble tulip table surrounded by 4 midcentury modern chairs. Kitchen island equipped with 3 stools. NEW Cuisinart pots & pans, NEW Mikasa silverware (x8) and NEW Mikasa dish ware set (x8). Also included you will find a toaster, tea kettle, Hurom juicer, blender and all kitchen essentials.
LIVING ROOM:
Massive and super comfy L-shaped couch w/ round marble coffee table. Equipped with a 75" flat screen w/ Apple TV (HBOMax, Disney+, Showtime, Hulu, Amazon Video & Netflix). Plus a beautiful fireplace, cactuses and shelves full of books.
DININING ROOM:
Reclaimed wood dining table with 4 Herman Miller chairs and bar cart equipped with everything you need to make a decent cocktail.
ART:
The home is littered with pieces from several different street artists providing an eclectic look.
PEACEFUL & SAFE LOCATION: This is an amazing paradise at the beach in Marina del Rey that is only 5 blocks to Venice Pier, Venice Boardwalk, Venice Canals and W. Washington Blvd where you can find tons of popular restaurants, bars, stores and shops. Super quiet and safe area located 1.5 blocks from the beach.
GUEST ACCESS: You will be given your own unique door code after your reservation has been confirmed allowing you to enter the home.
NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood so we do ask that you be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm especially on the rooftop as noise echos between buildings. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! There is a zero tolerance policy for parties and you will immediately be asked to leave with NO refund.
