Lounge on the sexy canal front deck on the enchanting Venice Canals. Easy, beautiful walk to Venice Beach, Pier, Boardwalk & Abbot Kinney Blvd. but tucked away in a nook of the canals. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 2 full kitchens with 2 parking spots. A block & half walk to Venice Beach, Venice Boardwalk, Pier & Abbot Kinney Blvd. This is an original bungalow built in 1950 yet renovated extensively. Situated on what 'they' say is the most beautiful canal due to its mature trees, the house is tucked in between a large Chinese Maple & Eucalyptus. Other than the occasional duck fight, you will sleep uber peacefully at night as there is no through traffic. French doors open out onto your private stone deck & the quiet canal, while a side dutch entry door adds to the open airy feeling. One kitchen looks out onto the canals with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, garbage disposal & roomy fridge with ice maker. Windows open onto deck for ease in passing food or drinks if entertaining. 2nd kitchen has dining area for 6. High speed power boost wi-fi throughout. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom # 1 has a large, very comfortable queen bed with tufted headboard, mattress memory foam, forced A/C & heater plus skylight with shutter for light/darkness. Bedroom # 2 has a brand new queen bed with memory foam, forced A/C & heater and and additional closet space. Small atrium separates two bedrooms for uber privacy and all bedding is organic 300-600 thread count cotton. Full futon in master bedroom becomes chaise or comfy full bed which easily clicks back into sofa for day (suitable for 1 adults or 2 children). Balinese Opium day bed in family room with fireplace off the 2nd kitchen & bathroom makes it cozy for a family or meeting retreat! Large dining table in family den area could seat up to 6-8. All gates lock to provide security & the boat dock from which to dangle your feet completes the experience!
