It is walking distance to all the restaurants, golf, miniature golf, coffee shops, shopping, wine tasting and community swimming pool. You literally do not have to drive anywhere if you don't want to! it is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with very little vehicle traffic. If you want to drive to beautiful Pinecrest Lake or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort it is a short 25 minute drive. You can also visit historic Jamestown or Columbia and experience the old west and gold mining. Or you can just relax on the large back deck and have your morning coffee in the sunlight or afternoon cocktails and BBQ!!
