The second bedroom has a whole wall of integrated wardrobe and shelving space and a single-sized bed which can be pulled open to make a double. The bathroom is a small yet prettily finished with dark flooring and white tiles. It has a large bathtub with a shower unit attached and a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. On the first floor is an inviting and spacious living area, bathed in natural light from windows on either side. It is set up with two comfy sofas by a modern fireplace, with a flat screen TV and DVD player to enjoy. To one side is a wooden dining table with seats for up to six people. Across the hall, is the kitchen which is finished in sleek black flooring and cream units. It has a breakfast bar and all the needed facilities including a dishwasher for easy cleaning, gas hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer.
