Historic Auburn has its roots in the California Goldrush. This beautiful home is located about 2 miles from Historic Auburn. It has a beautiful view of the Sacramento Valley, you will be able to see downtown Sacramento from the balcony. Auburn is full of nature hikes, rafting adventures, wine tasting, and more family fun. Don't be surprised to see a deer walk by the home while watching the sunset over the valley. This is a 5 bedroom home with scenic window views, 2 balconies, 2 kitchens.
We call our home "Sky Ranch". This unique home has has a contemporary cabin lodge feel about it. It has 2 beautiful balconies overlooking the valley with plenty of windows to let in the light. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, large game/TV room. You will enjoy cooking dinner in the full kitchen with the dining area with your family and visiting on the balcony in the evening. The home has all the modern features but with a quite relaxing cabin feel. Enjoying your coffee or tea on the balcony in the morning while listening to the birds. This home is ideal for families or responsible adults who know to keep the sound down after dark to respect the neighbors.
The city will not allow street parking so you must park in the driveway and no more than 3 cars will fit.
We are hosts in Sacramento and surrounding areas. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. You can message us on Airbnb before or during your stay. We are available by phone during your stay if there is an emergency. Message over the app for most things we do check it regularly through the day, every day. This is a beautiful neighborhood; the homes on this street are built into the side of the hill, which means you get a wonderful view of the valley without homes blocking the view.
You will need a car to get to and from Auburn
Please put trash cans out on Monday night and back in Tuesday morning. Do not put trash in the green waste bin.
The city of Auburn does not allow parking in front of any home but out own, and this includes the empty lot next door.
