Easy access, drive right up to the house and only one step and your in the home. This waterfront home sits on a private level acre of apple and pear orchards with stunning Mt Rainier views. Watch otters play and eagles soar each day. See a whale or two swim by.
Large open floor plan on two levels. Enough indoor space to interact with your guest and with two levels find some alone time to relax. Large bedrooms with water and mountain views. No need for family or guests to be uncomfortable by sleeping on a couch in the living room. Sun all day long. Wake up to amazing sunrises and spectacular sunsets while you dine. The summer months provide you with amazing sunrises and sunsets and lots of outdoor activities or even cuddle up with a fire in the rock fireplace.
Lots of things to do for the whole family. Kayak, paddle board, swim or walk the beach. Hiking trail within walking distance. Take a 10 minute ferry ride to Tacoma and enjoy the Point Defiance Zoo, Anthony's Restaurant or the new Ruston Way development. 10 minute drive to the town of Vashon for shopping, great restaurants, theater and art studios. Or explore the many points of interest on the island.
Bring your boat (25' or less) as we have a mooring buoy. Store your tender, kayak, or paddle board on the 80' bulkhead where you will find a fire pit and lawn chairs. Bulkhead or the grassy front yard makes for a great place to put up a tent.
