As you approach, a beautiful wrought-iron gate leads you away from the street and into the property, where a quiet pathway winds past lush greenery, fruit trees, and fresh herbs. The exterior incorporates terra-cotta tiles, warm hues, and inviting terraces to channel the seaside charm of the Italian Riviera. Inside, the expansive main floor features a chef's kitchen, large dining table, and lounge area, all in an airy, open layout that shows off unobstructed views of the Malibu coastline. There are three terraces for you to enjoy, complete with an outdoor dining table and a variety of comfortable spots for soaking up the sun — and of course the sunsets.
Wake up to ocean views from the plush king bed in the master bedroom, where the spacious en-suite bathroom boasts an oversized soaking tub overlooking the ocean. The home holds four more bedrooms with queen beds, providing a generous amount of space for everyone in your group to be comfortable.
