We have just recently installed a new central heating and air conditioning system. It's fully equipped with all the comforts of home. It has a circular driveway around the house for easy access. It is also close to downtown Lodi where it offers shopping, dining, movies and many other stores. If you are looking for water skiing the delta has the best waterways around for skiing. If you are looking for great snow skiing, Kirkwood and Heavenly offers fantastic skiing. If you are looking for great shopping, there is every store available in an hour radius. If you are looking just to relax this house is very peaceful with spectacular sunsets.
We do you have a two-night minimum on weekends and on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Zinfest we have a 4-night minimum.
