Right on Landa street with a circle drive sits this charming home. Open kitchen/dining/living area. Standard Drip and Keurig Combo Coffee maker. The living room has cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with all the comforts of home. Dining table seats six with additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Off the dining area is a large den/media room with a smart TV (no cable) with an attached full bath. The master bedroom features a king size bed. 2nd and 3rd bedroom have one queen in each and there is a full bathroom convenient to all 3 rooms. Propane Grill in the back yard, tank provided. If tank is empty you can exchange it at your expense at the convenience store. Adirondack chairs and a gas fire pit, café lights and a picnic table.
No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 3 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. We will allow 2 additional guests if you want to bring an air mattress. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
