Unwind at the lake year round! Relax on our upper and lower decks, both overlooking the water. Direct access to the lake, which is great for fishing (open water and ice fishing), swimming and boating. Just miles from Belfast, this home features two private bedrooms, two brand new heat pumps (upstairs and downstairs), a new full size washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom! Classic feel with cozy comforts and a private view of Swan Lake!
Our lakeside camp includes two private bedrooms on the bottom floor, each with a new memory foam queen mattress. The master bedroom has a large window with a gorgeous lake view. There is a newly installed sliding glass door entrance on the bottom floor that leads directly to an oversized and recently renovated bottom deck overlooking the private beach area, which is perfect for recreation including boating, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet skiing and fishing (both open water and ice fishing). We are also less than a mile from the boat launch. Guests are welcome to utilize our new 16 foot dock, kayak and paddle board in season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). There is also a local rental shop for additional watercraft reservations. They deliver to Swan Lake!
The top floor has the street entrance and glass French doors that lead to the expansive upper deck, with additional lake views! Plenty of patio furniture for everyone to enjoy. Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, a stove/oven, microwave, 4-slice toaster, drip coffee maker and essentials for cooking.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a living area with a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, a 50” HDR Smart Roku TV and a queen pull out with a new gel mattress. Extra pillows, blankets and linens provided. Other features include a dining room table for 6 and extra large capacity front load washer and dryer!
Other things to note:
Our water comes from the lake year round. We provide a drinking water cooler for your use, as available. We are also located only a mile from the Swan Lake store (full service groceries, including water, beer, fresh produce & a deli with hot & cold items made to order).
Parking is directly in front of the lake house, beside the road. Space is available for two vehicles only. Please stay on the house side (left) of the parking sign.
Beach shore area is dependent on water level and varies throughout the season.
