Welcome to a spectacular 1,200 square foot top-floor updated waterfront unit with views of the bay and just steps to 2nd Street. The unit has a full galley kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This is one of the best locations in the city of Long Beach. Amenities include: Pool, spa, barbecue area, secure parking with easy guest parking on Bay Shore Avenue. Located on the water, this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom top floor condo is a perfect vacation get-away for families or a grown ups weekend. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people with seating for (email hidden) area. Living room has a large 60' HDTV and comfortable couch to relax and watch the gorgeous views. The balcony has seating for 4 for great sunset dinners.
Amenities include flat screen TVs and wireless Internet. This condo provides the perfect environment for enjoying California's amazing ocean, weather and sun. Because the complex is located on the Alamitos Bay, access to the water is within a short walk for kayaking, gondola rides, paddle boards, swimming, wonderful restaurants, shops, cafes, and the bay side beach. Duffy boats are also available for rent, so you can grab a bottle of wine and snacks and cruise through the famous Naples Canals.
Owner prefers short-term guests (2-5 nights) but will consider up to 7 days. Since I still live in the unit, I try and book two reservations each month. Once I book the two, my rates will increase, so book soon to get the best possible rate.
