The Space:
This house features a modern interior design, a large backyard and patio area, a dedicated workspace, new appliances and washer/dryer with plenty of street parking and RV parking. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an attached, newly remodeled full bathroom. One guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds (4 beds total). The living room couch can also be converted to a full bed if additional accommodations are needed. The home office includes a monitor and HDMI cord for your convenience, although a laptop is required for use. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and all TVs are equipped with cable Netflix for all your entertainment needs. Out of respect for our neighbors, we will enforce a strict no-party policy

A car is highly recommended but not completely necessary. There is plenty of street parking around the home with no restrictions as well as space for two cars in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
Attached RV parking is available for guests to use. It measures 60' x 16' and has an electrical hookup.
