We are flexible in terms of what type of rental we will look at. If there's someone building a home who needs a 6-9 month rental or possible longer, we will discuss. We are open to the possibility of sharing with another person/group/family/renter if it was a flexible situation. We would split all costs as well on a mutually agreed upon schedule for this home.
