Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great check out after a serious problem with booking.com. They offered me an upgrade to our room which was still cheaper than the smaller room we booked with Booking.com.

Negative: The pillows are very uncomfortable. The plastic cover inside it prevents our heads from sinking into the pillow properly and hurts the neck. We've brought our own pillows to be more comfortable.

Summary: Overall, great room, Just the pillows really, really, REALLY suck.
