Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. We are just 20 minutes south of San Jose, one hour north of Monterey and Carmel. Thirty minute drive to Santa Cruz beaches and eighty minutes to San Francisco. This quiet neighborhood is a five minute walk to a beautiful park and paved walking trail. Downtown Morgan Hill is a 5 minute drive away and has great restaurants. Come stay at our home and enjoy the big backyard and peaceful neighborhood.

The house has two levels, all the bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs. The living room, kitchen, half bathroom, laundry room and half bath are downstairs. The backyard is completely fenced in and is a wonderful spot to soak up the sun, have some lunch or play some ping pong.
