Centrally located apartment! This space has been completely remodeled from top to bottom. All new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint, wonderful tile flooring. The unit is accented with recessed lighting, a cozy bedroom area with a pool and hot tub right outside your door. Great place near boutique shops, restaurants, golfing, and hiking. 2 blocks to Saturday Farmer’s market & coffee shops. Blocks to Balboa Park. Ideal for someone who wants to be close to downtown without the traffic and noise.
The Space:
Wonderful Private space. Its a great open layout with a wonderful breeze that flows throughout the unit. Its awesome "home away from home" that features a pool and hot tub and two private entrances to the space. Furry Friends are always welcome which is ideal for pet lovers. You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, including the range, microwave, dishes, and refrigerator. Kitchen features a french press for coffee connoisseurs or enjoy a cup of java from the Starbucks that is within a short walking distance. The unit is a private studio that is located on the same property as two other private units. *Pool and hot tub are shared with two other units, but the units are not always booked!*
Guest Access:
You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils, including the range, microwave, dishes, and refrigerator. Kitchen features a french press for coffee connoisseurs or enjoy a cup of java from the Starbucks that is within a short walking distance. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants in the area and downtown is a 5 min Uber ride away.
The Neighborhood:
This historic neighborhood is nestled near Golden Hill and Barrio Logan and just east of Balboa Park and Downtown San Diego. Get ready to explore the eclectic mix of independent boutiques, cafes, and taverns…you won’t be disappointed!
Getting Around:
The community makes walking easy. I suggest Lyft or Uber to get to many of San Diego's hippest and most desirable neighborhoods, many are with in a 5 to 10 min ride.

We are taking extra precautions to make sure our guests are safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.
Each unit is:
1. Disinfected thoroughly upon entering unit with solution containing at least 70% alcohol.
2. Cleaners are wearing masks and gloves at ALL times during the unit cleaning. Gloves are properly disposed after each use.
3. Lysol spray kills 99.9% of germs and is used on all surfaces and furniture in unit.
4. We pay extra attention to areas that are touched regularly, such as doorknobs, drawer pulls, the toilet flush lever, faucet handles, remote controls, and light switches.
5. Linens and towels are washed on the warmest setting.
6. Clothing hampers are cleaned and disinfected after each stay.
7. We provide ample hand soap, paper towels, tissue, and cleaning supplies in each unit for your use.
8. All surfaces are completely wiped down with disinfectant solution, we wait 3-5 minutes before wiping a sprayed surface to give it time to disinfect.
In addition: We offer weekly cleanings for our long term stays with linen and towel turnover service.
Please know that we are taking every single measure and following all of the CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of both you, and our staff.
