Music and loud noises are not allowed outside AT ANY TIME and there is a quiet time policy from 9PM to 10AM. We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, this is why we have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio. This measures decibels ONLY and detects higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and The City of Los Angeles. This home does not cater to large events/parties/bridal showers/baby welcome/ and any other party like occasion. Airbnb and The City of Los Angeles have implemented a NO PARTY policy for all short term rentals and management has a zero tolerance so please don’t ask.
