It is in a Grade ll listed property which is divided into 5 properties. It benefits from its own private courtyard entrance, a spacious entrance hallway and cloakroom, leading on to a large kitchen/dining room. Walk through to a superb sitting room with another sunny and secluded courtyard and a bay window with stunning views of the river and towards Dartmoor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one king and one twin as well as a modern bathroom with corner bath and separate shower. Gorgeous river views from the main bedroom. The property is literally on river beach.
Rare free village parking inside a garage is included. To give an idea of size, VW Touran and Honda CR-V cars fit, but larger SUV's may not.
