The farmhouse was updated in 2020 with new windows, siding and metal roof, wood flooring on the main level and a new bathroom with stacked washer/dryer. The upper level has original hardwood flooring and the original doors and arches were kept intact. The kitchenette was completed in 2025 and opens to a large deck ready for grilling and features views of the surrounding area.
There are two separate entrances, one on each level and a covered front porch. The main level is an open, light filled space with windows on three sides and has space for a living room, dining room or home office arrangement.
