This property offers a unique live/work experience or use the entire apartment for 100% living. The farmhouse was updated in 2020 with new windows, siding and metal roof, wood flooring on the main level and a new bathroom with stacked washer/dryer. The upper level has original hardwood flooring and the original doors and arches were kept intact. The kitchenette was completed in 2025 and opens to a large deck ready for grilling and features views of the surrounding area.
There are two separate entrances, one on each level and a covered front porch. The main level is an open, light filled space with windows on three sides and has space for a living room, dining room or home office arrangement. The upper level offers two bedrooms, a full bath with laundry and kitchenette that opens to the deck. The second bedroom could be an upper-level living room with the live/work lifestyle. Owner is open to adding a half bath on the main level.
