A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.
Parking & Accessibility
Driveway is steep and upslope—all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly recommended
Level parking available at the top of the driveway for 4–5 vehicles
