Your rental includes a well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a four-top gas range, and a small fridge. Helpful gadgets are also provided, such as a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. Although this apartment is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild weather near the ocean.This prime beachside locale is half a block from the Amtrak rails, and passing trains may occasionally be heard (all Santa Barbara beachfront property shares this feature). This is a historical building with multiple units and sound may carry.
If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
