Cell phone service is spotty around the home. The WiFi is consistent, however.Due to the owner of the home having severely extreme allergies to dogs, no dogs/pets are allowed in this home unless the animal is certified through the ADA. Please be transparent when booking home if you do indeed have a certified service animal as to allow us to properly clean after departure.This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.
