- NOTE: The wood-burning stove in the bedroom suite and the wood-burning fireplace in the family room are unavailable for guest use. The only fireplaces to be used by guests are the electric fireplace in the living room and the wood-burning fireplace in the kitchen
- NOTE: Please do not use the circular in-ground fire pit due to increased fire hazards in the area; the stand-alone fire pit is still available for use
- NOTE: While this home offers step-free entry, interior stairs are required to access some of the bedrooms & bathrooms. Bedrooms 6 & 7 are located downstairs. There is 1 small step from the hallway into the dining area
