Sun Lakes Country Club is an over 55 Community. So, all of those staying in this amazing Condo on the Course MUST be OVER 55, and come in a register before your stay. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is a short stroll to pools, and all, AND one of the best views you will find anywhere! Guard gated, private, and secure, this amazing paradise is known for 2 well kept 18 hole courses, (1 is an Executive Course), 3 pools and spas, (1 set is indoors), a restaurant and lounge, live music on Fridays and Saturday nights, (subject to Covid Restrictions, if applicable), and not the extreme heat of Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, etc. We are generally 20 degrees cooler in the summer months, and pretty moderate year around climate. Golf is at a huge discount for tenants/owners! Rates as low as $20 per registered tenant!!
2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a cute, fully equipped kitchen, 2 car garage with washer and dryer, large patio with OUTSTANDING views and right on the course, a short walk to the main clubhouse, dining, lounge, pool, spa, weight room, etc.
A short drive, 3 minutes to shopping, restaurants, and all, yet, quiet and off the beaten path. An oasis that feels like you are miles from the noise and traffic. And, 15 minutes from Morongo, 20 minutes from Palm Springs, easy access to the 10 Freeway. Usually live music Fri and Sat nights at the main Clubhouse.
