Lovely small beach cottage 7 blocks from beach. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths. Charming house that has recently been remodeled with brand new kitchen. It has a great location and nice front and backyard. All amenities including washer and drier and newer refrigerator and stove, dishwasher, spa tubs in bathroom and double sink vanities. It has a queen bed in one bedroom and a king bed in the other bedroom. It has a large master suite with bathroom that has skylights and a slider that opens to the backyard. It is very private. There is a nice office room n the front. Great for a couple or couple with one child or other person. Lovely Ocean Park neighborhood. You can walk to Whole Foods, Ocean Park, Abbott Kinney, Main Street, or to the beach.
