Incredible local independent “Bobs” supermarket plus trendy coffee houses, boutique shops, best pizza in LA, hair salons, restaurants and gyms within a 3-5 minute walk.

Large rear garden mostly laid to lawn and fully enclosed to be pet safe/ friendly. Lemon, citrus and avocado trees. Lawn irrigated on a timer. Gardener comes every Wednesday morning.
Shaded outdoor dining area seats 6+ under the avocado tree. BBQ. Two-seater outdoor sofa to enjoy the cocktail hour and sunset. 2 chairs and cafe table. Another L-shaped outdoor sofa in the “sun-trap” area near the house.
The house is usually home to a small dog so people with allergies should be aware.
Easy access to all major freeways but set among quiet local back streets with stop signs and bicycle lanes.
