Spoil Yourself in this one of a kind ocean/sandy beach front Corner Unit with a wraparound balcony hanging over the ocean at the front and what seems like a 'private' sandy swimming beach at the side. (An end corner Unit) This is NOT a High-Rise Complex! (no one above or below you!) A truly priceless location with extensive upgrades and Air Conditioning (a much needed rarity in West Maui Condos.)NON-SMOKING! We Rent Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum. HI TAL # W30314040-02
All recently remodeled and heavily upgraded with beautiful granite counters in the kitchen and baths, feaux-stone tile floors, custom tile work in the showers, flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom. Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath while upstairs the bedrooms each have their own full baths. Included is a well supplied kitchen, upgraded linens (including beach towels) (baths come with hair dryer). There are common gas bar-b-q's just down our steps. Covered outdoor area for shade. Nothing else like this in Maui. Wake up to an ocean view before even lifting your head off of the pillow. Views of Islands Molokai and Lanai from living room and master bedroom. Watch the turtles year round and the whales jumping in the winter right from the living room and balconies . The condo is very private as it is an end unit with neighbors only to one side.
This most incredible place to stay in Maui was our personal second home and we just put it back into rental. Everyone who stays here says 'Wow' When they walk through the door. There really is no place like this right on the water! What a Gem!

Summary: Lynn's place is INCREDIBLE! We thought we had died and gone to heaven during the week we stayed there. We loved watching the sunsets every night from the unit/lanai. Lynn was so great to deal with, she answered all questions before our arrival and even ordered a brand new umbrella for us to use during our stay. There was a backup person available if she was hard to reach. We felt so well taken care of! The location of her unit is the best I've ever seen, and it has a sandy (swimmable) beach, pool, and BBQ facilities. There are lounge chairs all around the pool and grass that are positioned under palm trees that face the ocean. It's SO dreamy! We were there the week of Aug. 9-17 and the place was virtually empty! I'm not sure if that was due to school back in session or if it's just a hidden gem. There was a bit of a swell the first few days of our stay and the waves pounded the beach but we loved the sound. There were people staying in the unit next to us that have been coming to this place for years and they told us that turtles come up to the reef below our deck in the afternoon and feed on the reef. Due to the big swell, we didn't see turtles doing this but hope to come back someday and experience that. We were able to go to other (more sheltered) coves and snorkel on the swell days. The swell calmed down after 2 days and we swam at our beach! We all enjoyed the pool on the property too - it's simple but functional. We'll definitely be back!
