Beautiful fully remodeled home in Fairfax, close to town and all amenities, restaurants, cafe, Cinema, hiking trails, state park.
The house is well taken care of and has all of the amenities of a luxury home, stainless style appliances, grohe faucet in bathrooms and kitchen, hardwood floor though out, fireplace, laundry room with European washer and dryer and laundry sink, front yard is beautifully landscape and with lighted path.
Separate private parking area for 2 cars plus more parking in the street.
The house has a few stairs going down to the house and is not child proof. People with small children might not like the very high back porch as the house is built on the side of the hill. It is however in our opinion one of the biggest asset of this house with the amazing view on the canyon and hills.
