Newly furnished house with two conversation areas and fireplace in the living room, spacious kitchen with a large island and a dining room table that seat up to 10. Three bedrooms upstairs. The large master has a beautiful deck and large bathroom with a large shower and walk in closet. The backyard is spacious with pecan trees and lots of seating. We recently installed a cowboy pool for guests to cool off in during the hot Texas summer. We are located in a prime area to walk to many notable restaurants on South First and Congress. *Please be aware that there are some cracks in our kitchen countertops. We had to have some foundation work done and unfortunately the countertops cracked in a few areas during the processes.
