Appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and slimline dishwasher and for entertainment there are two Smart TVs, WiF and an Amazon smart speaker. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Please note this is smoke-free property. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome for (with a £20 charge per week for 2nd and 3rd dogs), but must be on leads while outside due to the working stables environment. Dog kennels and stabling available by prior arrangement with the owner. Guests will also have access to the indoor heated pool by prior arrangement with the owner (the pool is shared with the owners and with their other property on site: Great Bradley Cottage).
