Summary: Our impression of this property is very positive. One major difference we found is that the garage is available for parking, loading/unloading, etc. There were only a couple of very minor inconveniences: The master bath shower is too small for normal-sized adults, and there were no ice trays and no ice maker in the refrigerator's freezer. The small shower (which is of course perfectly sized for children) is offset by a tub/shower combo in the common full bath, so it presented no significant inconvenience for the two of us who are in our 70's. We purchased bag ice and a couple of ice trays at the local Dollar General, which we left in the house. As for the location, for us there was absolutely nothing we needed during our 5-day stay that was more than 5-10 minutes from the house. There is an app available that will operate the garage door remotely, We downloaded it and connected to the system, and enjoyed the convenience of remote operation of the garage door with our cell phones. The day we left, while checking the kitchen cabinets to ensure we left none of our things in the house, we discovered the "clicker" garage door opener in one of the cabinet drawers. Well, silly us for not looking sooner, but that would be a nice feature to include in the listing.
