The Dray House is a contemporary single storey self-catering apartment within walking distance of the sea, adjoining the owner's c1870 house, in the pretty village of Pagham & Nyetimber, West Sussex. Adapted from part of the original house, a larger traditional house which once housed the brewery supplying beer to the local public house opposite - The Lamb.
Recently modernised and extended, the separate one bedroom apartment provides the ideal setting for short breaks or relaxing long weekends. Ideally located for exploring the local countryside, visiting Arundel, Pagham Harbour RSPB Nature Reserve, the beautiful city of Chichester and can also be used as a base for various internationally renowned events held at Goodwood.
The self-contained open plan, ground floor accommodation is all on one level and comprises a vaulted lounge area with large smart TV, bistro table set, leading to a large walk-in shower room and compact but well equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Adjacent to the lounge is a bedroom with a king-size bed. Outside there is allocated parking and a secluded communal garden with seating area behind electric gates to the property.
The property is furnished to a high standard with a B&O audio system, desktop computer and high speed internet access for those who need to get online. Seating in the main living area comprises a two seater sofa and Eames lounge chair with ottoman.
