Summary: First we got a 3rd floor room but a long term tennant was chain smoking on the walkway 2 doors down so the room smelled like an ashtray. Since I am asthmatic and get migraines, we immediately asked to be moved. They were nice and moved us to a 2nd floor room. This room smelled fresh and clean. However, before the door even closed, loud barking from multiple dogs started in the room next door. Their owner shouted at them to shut up. They quited after awhile but anytime we moved in our room or someone came up or down the hall, the dogs started yapping. It was 4th of July so there were lots of travelers up late. The dogs barked all night long and their owners yelled and cussed at them every time. At one point the owners got in a fight and one locked the other out. So at 3 am the one who was locked out started banging on the door and cussing. When her partner let her in they started fihhting, screaming and cussing so loud it scared my kids. If that wasn't bad enough, someone on the first floor was playing music loud enough that the base thumped through the floor. On the other side of us the people were up until 3 am hanging out and talking loudly and laughing, which we could hear despite all the barking. Above us was the stomping of feet all night. It was literally THE WORST night I've ever had in a hotel. Actually, it was technically a motel. Add to that the tiny bathroom, morning backaches, and no freezer in the fridge. Positives: clean. No dogs or loud music the second night.

Summary: Lots of effort is put into keeping grounds clean and rooms updated. However no breakfast at all (even granola bars) was a drawback. The main thing was that people live there. A guy was fixing cars in the lot each day and one room by the pool had at least 6 unrelated people in & out like a homeless shelter. It overall felt like a halfway house. In fairness, it felt safe enough but it was an uncomfortable vibe i wouldn't repeat.

Summary: Overall, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and fairly modern, and the location was just minutes from the nearby festival I was attending. The only downsides were that the iron in the room was ancient, the ironing board wouldn’t close once I opened it, and the parking spaces in the upper parking lot that offered the easiest access to my room were EXTREMELY tight. Other than that, I would consider staying here again.

Summary: The hotel is fairly clean with a kind staff. Working ice machine. Only go barefoot in your room if you don’t mind your feet being black on the bottom. Bathroom door would not shut and one of the drawers was broken. Shower curtain did not keep water in the shower- but there is a drain on bathroom floor. Now I know why! Also- they said they have a dog park- but it’s actually an unfenced doggie relief patch of dirt behind a dumpster- literally. They just placed a dog excrement removal station at this dirt patch and call it a dog park.

Summary: We love to visit Jamestown and this is the only place we like to stay. It's a hidden Gem with an awesome pool. It's centrally located to activities and close to shopping and restaurants without being in high traffic area

Summary: We called to make sure the pool was open because our kids wanted to swim and was told it was open until 10. When we get there the pool was dirty (leafs floating on top and dirt on the bottom) and cold.
